Winston Churchill, François Mitterrand, Fidel Castro, Helmut Kohl, Vatican envoys and, more recently, Volodymyr Zelensky: all have been welcomed at Lohr Manor, the Swiss Confederation’s official guesthouse in Kehrsatz, near Bern.
