Lieux de tournage

Kaamelott began in a studio set and a few stones in Isère. Twenty years later, Alexandre Astier’s saga has taken King Arthur from a Beaujolais dungeon to the ruins of the Vivarais, via the Périgord. The Second Film, shot in one go over eight months between June 2024 and February 2025, was split into two parts: Part 1 was released on 22 October 2025, while Part 2, initially scheduled for 11 November 2026, has been postponed by its distributor to 10 March 2027. Plenty of time to visit the castles that served as Camelot, Carmélide or waystations, several of which are freely accessible.
