In 1550, Pierre Séguier, future president of the Châtelet de Paris, built a château on land acquired by his father forty years earlier: the birth of Château de la Verrière in the Yvelines. Five centuries later, on Sunday 20 September 2026, four free guided tour slots will reveal this residence with its layered history, now a training centre for the Mutuelle générale de l'Éducation nationale (MGEN).
